  1. Manage produce inventory levels by accurately tracking and ordering products from suppliers.
  2. Maintain relationships with produce suppliers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
  3. Monitor produce quality and ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  4. Collaborate with the store team to create visually appealing produce displays.
  5. Educate customers on our sourcing and sustainability practices.
  6. Implement and maintain proper storage and rotation of produce products.
  7. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve ordering processes to maximize efficiency.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for new products.
  11. Train and supervise produce department staff on ordering procedures and best practices.
  12. Communicate any issues or concerns with produce quality, availability or pricing to management.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of orders, deliveries, and inventory.
  14. Assist with other tasks as needed to support the overall success of the produce department and store.
