Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute research and analysis plans to understand customer needs and behaviors.
  2. Analyze consumer insights data and identify key trends and insights.
  3. Develop and implement marketing strategies informed by customer insights data.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and external vendors.
  5. Provide strategic guidance on product offerings and marketing initiatives.
  6. Ensure research methods are in line with company values and policies.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities and potential challenges for customer insights.
  8. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to generate actionable insights.
  9. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and business partners.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for consumer insights.
