  1. Stocking and organizing shelves with a variety of natural and organic products.
  2. Ensuring products are properly labeled and priced.
  3. Checking inventory levels and restocking as needed.
  4. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of department.
  5. Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  6. Following proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  7. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  8. Helping to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  9. Communicating any product shortages or quality issues to management.
  10. Following company policies and procedures, including those related to sustainability and ethical sourcing.
  11. Assisting with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
  12. Operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move and store products.
  13. Maintaining knowledge of current and upcoming products and promotions.
  14. Participating in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  15. Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Qualifications
