High School Diploma Or Equivalent: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Be Considered For The Position.
Prior Experience In Grocery Retail Or Stocking: Previous Experience In A Grocery Retail Environment Or Stocking Is Preferred, As It Demonstrates Familiarity With Product Placement And Inventory Management.
Ability To Work Overnight Shifts: The Job Requires Working Overnight Shifts, Often Starting Late At Night And Ending Early In The Morning. Candidates Should Be Comfortable With This Schedule.
Physical Stamina And Strength: Overnight Grocery Team Members Are Responsible For Stocking Shelves And Moving Heavy Boxes And Crates. Candidates Should Have The Physical Stamina And Strength To Perform These Tasks.
