- Stocking and replenishing shelves with products in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers.
- Assisting customers with finding products and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Following all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

Experience In Grocery Retail: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Grocery Store Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Merchandising, Stocking, And Inventory Management.
Ability To Work Overnight Shifts: This Position Requires Availability To Work Overnight Shifts, Typically From 9Pm To 6Am. Candidates Must Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Able To Work Weekends And Holidays.
Physical Stamina: Overnight Grocery Team Members Must Be Able To Lift Up To 50 Pounds, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, And Perform Physical Tasks Such As Stocking Shelves, Moving Pallets, And Carrying Heavy Items.
Attention To Detail: Accuracy Is Crucial In A Grocery Store Environment, As Items Must Be Stocked And Rotated Correctly To Ensure Freshness And Prevent Waste. Candidates Must Have Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Customer Service Skills: While The Majority Of The Work For This Position Takes Place When The Store Is Closed To The Public, Overnight Grocery Team Members May Still Interact With Customers Who Are Shopping During The Late Night Or Early Morning Hours. Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential For This Role.
