Qualified applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience in a retail environment. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and unload incoming merchandise and product orders in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Ensure that store shelves are replenished efficiently and effectively.
3. Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company’s core values and ensure that these values are consistently implemented.
4. Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Monitor inventory levels and order additional merchandise as necessary.
6. Collaborate with store associates and other departments to ensure smooth operations and maximize customer satisfaction.
7. Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.
8. Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing products.
9. Train and supervise store personnel as needed.
10. Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices.
