  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, promoting Whole Foods Market's values and mission.
  2. Hand-select and package products for customers, ensuring high-quality, fresh, and sustainable items are chosen.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including properly storing and rotating products.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date on new and existing products, including ingredients, sourcing, and pricing.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  7. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, following proper handling and storage procedures.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low or out-of-stock items to management.
  9. Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise as needed.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Whole Foods Market, promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and cash handling procedures.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and work ethic at all times.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in job performance.
