  1. Fulfill online and phone orders for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing recommendations on products.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and promotions in the store.
  4. Ensure the accuracy and quality of all orders, including selecting the proper products and quantities.
  5. Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  8. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment.
  9. Continuously learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends.
  10. Assist in inventory management and restocking of products.
  11. Communicate any customer concerns or issues to the appropriate team members.
  12. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
