As a Stocker, Inventory Specialist, and Floor Service representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are fully stocked, inventory is accurate, and customers receive exceptional service.   1. Stocking shelves with high-quality, organic products: The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the store's shelves are fully stocked with high-quality, organic products at all times. This includes regular restocking, organizing products, and maintaining attractive displays.
  2. Monitoring and managing inventory levels: The candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date. This may include conducting regular inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service: The candidate will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to all customers. This includes greeting and assisting customers, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborating with team members: This role requires working closely with other team members, including other stockers, inventory specialists, and floor service representatives. The candidate must be a team player and actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization: The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the store is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. This includes regularly cleaning and organizing shelves, displays, and work areas.
  6. Following safety and sanitation guidelines: The candidate must adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of products, to ensure the health and safety of customers and team members.
  7. Assisting with receiving and stocking deliveries: This role may involve receiving and stocking deliveries of products. The candidate must be able to lift and move heavy items and follow proper receiving and stocking procedures.
  8. Providing product knowledge: The candidate must have a strong understanding of the products sold in the store and be able to provide customers with accurate and helpful information about them.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Grocery Store Or Retail Environment, With Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Stocking Procedures.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Assist And Engage With Customers On The Sales Floor.
