Job Description

As a member of our Grocery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our shelves are stocked with high-quality products, maintaining inventory levels, and providing excellent floor service to our customers.   1. Stocking shelves with high-quality products: The Grocery Team Member will be responsible for ensuring that all shelves are fully stocked with fresh and high-quality products. This includes properly rotating products to maintain freshness and removing any expired items.
  2. Maintaining inventory levels: The Grocery Team Member will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and communicating any shortages or overstock to the appropriate team members. This includes accurately counting and tracking products and assisting with inventory audits.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service: The Grocery Team Member will be expected to provide excellent floor service to customers by greeting them, answering any questions they may have, and helping them find products.
  4. Keeping a clean and organized work environment: The Grocery Team Member will be responsible for keeping the grocery area clean and organized at all times. This includes cleaning shelves, displays, and maintaining a clutter-free work area.
  5. Following food safety and sanitation guidelines: The Grocery Team Member will be responsible for following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. This includes properly handling and storing food products, as well as following cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  6. Collaborating with team members: The Grocery Team Member will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations. This includes communicating any issues or concerns and working together to find solutions.
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures: The Grocery Team Member will be expected to follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, customer service, and product handling.
  8. Displaying a strong work ethic: The Grocery Team Member will be responsible for showing up to work on time, being dependable, and maintaining a positive attitude. They will also be expected to work efficiently and effectively to complete tasks in a timely manner.
