  1. Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure our shelves are always stocked with the freshest and most in-demand products.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  3. Monitor product sales and trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Work closely with other departments to coordinate and plan for upcoming promotions and events.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and orders.
  6. Utilize inventory management software to track and analyze product data.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase sales and promote featured products.
  8. Conduct regular store walks to assess product availability and identify any potential issues.
  9. Communicate with store leadership to prioritize and fulfill urgent product needs.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and requests from customers and store team members.
  11. Monitor and report on product expiration dates to ensure only the freshest products are on our shelves.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
  13. Assist with the training and development of new team members.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  15. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing inventory and fulfilling orders.
