  1. Order placement: Place and manage orders for products to ensure that shelves are always stocked with the freshest and most sought-after items.
  2. Inventory management: Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste.
  3. Vendor relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable pricing and ensure timely delivery of products.
  4. Product selection: Stay informed about the latest food trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions when selecting new products to add to our inventory.
  5. Forecasting and demand planning: Use sales data and market trends to accurately forecast demand for products and adjust orders accordingly.
  6. Quality control: Ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality and freshness, and work closely with vendors to resolve any quality issues.
  7. Pricing and margin management: Work with the pricing team to set competitive and profitable prices for products, while also considering customer demand and market trends.
  8. Communication: Collaborate with store teams to communicate product updates and ensure that all departments are aligned with inventory needs.
  9. Data analysis: Use data and reports to analyze sales trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and make strategic decisions regarding product selection and inventory management.
  10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies, and maintain accurate records of product information and inventory levels.
