  1. Train and develop grocery team members on all aspects of grocery operations, including product knowledge, customer service, and safety protocols.
  2. Create and implement training programs and materials for new and existing team members.
  3. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products.
  4. Lead by example and provide hands-on coaching to team members to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer service.
  5. Monitor team member performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and grow.
  6. Collaborate with store leadership to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training methods and techniques.
  8. Assist in onboarding and training new team members, ensuring they are set up for success.
  9. Foster a positive and supportive team environment to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  10. Adhere to company values and standards of integrity, teamwork, and quality in all aspects of the job.
