11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols.
12. Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
13. Continuously seek ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
14. Act as a positive role model for team members, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
