  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the store, including but not limited to refrigeration systems, ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
  • Create and maintain a schedule for regular equipment maintenance to ensure optimal functioning and prevent breakdowns
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain a smooth operation
  • Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts and supplies for equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure equipment is functioning properly and coordinate repairs and maintenance during non-operating hours
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Communicate effectively with store management and team members regarding equipment status, repairs, and maintenance needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any equipment-related concerns or issues raised by customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training sessions as necessary to enhance skills and knowledge in equipment maintenance
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Equipment Maintenance: A Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Maintaining And Repairing Equipment Such As Refrigeration Units, Hvac Systems, And Kitchen Appliances.

  • Knowledge Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems To Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Equipment Effectively.

  • Attention To Detail: An Equipment Maintenance Technician Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Identify And Fix Any Issues With The Equipment Before They Become Major Problems.

  • Ability To Work Independently: This Role Requires A Self-Motivated Individual Who Can Work Independently And Manage Their Time Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Part Of The Maintenance Team, The Technician Will Have To Communicate With Other Team Members And Store Managers, So Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.
