  2. Develop and implement training programs and materials for new and existing team members.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high quality service is consistently delivered.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in e-commerce technology to continuously improve training methods and materials.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop solutions to address any knowledge or skill gaps.
  6. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Serve as a role model for team members by demonstrating excellent customer service and e-commerce skills.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.
  9. Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members in the e-commerce department.
  10. Communicate and reinforce company policies and procedures related to e-commerce operations.
  11. Maintain accurate records of training sessions and team member progress.
  12. Address any performance or behavior concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on training initiatives and progress.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline e-commerce processes and operations.
  15. Act as a liaison between team members and management to effectively communicate any issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications
