1. Develop and implement training programs for the E-Commerce team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our online customers.
2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of E-Commerce team members to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
3. Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to identify training needs and create customized training plans.

6. Create training materials, manuals, and other resources to support the training program.
