  • Develop and implement training programs for e-commerce associates, covering topics such as customer service, order fulfillment, inventory management, and use of e-commerce tools and systems.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing e-commerce associates to ensure they have a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Continuously evaluate and update training materials to ensure they align with company standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce managers and supervisors to identify training needs and develop targeted training plans.
  • Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and provide coaching and support to associates to improve performance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on e-commerce processes and procedures, and provide guidance and support to associates as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and incorporate them into training materials and programs.
  • Act as a liaison between e-commerce associates and other departments to facilitate communication and ensure alignment.
  • Support the onboarding process for new e-commerce associates, providing training and guidance on company culture, expectations, and processes.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
