E-Commerce Team Trainer

- Continuously evaluate and update training materials to ensure they align with company standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with e-commerce managers and supervisors to identify training needs and develop targeted training plans.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and provide coaching and support to associates to improve performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on e-commerce processes and procedures, and provide guidance and support to associates as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and incorporate them into training materials and programs.
- Act as a liaison between e-commerce associates and other departments to facilitate communication and ensure alignment.
- Support the onboarding process for new e-commerce associates, providing training and guidance on company culture, expectations, and processes.
- Work closely with the e-commerce leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Extensive Knowledge Of E-Commerce Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various E-Commerce Platforms, Such As Shopify, Amazon, And Instacart. They Should Be Able To Navigate These Platforms Seamlessly And Train Team Members On Their Usage.
