  1. Develop and implement training programs for customer service team members to improve their skills and enhance their customer service abilities.
  2. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on customer service best practices, company policies, and procedures.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the progress of team members to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Create training materials and resources to support the development of customer service skills.
  5. Collaborate with store management to identify and address customer service training needs.
  6. Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service by demonstrating best practices and providing hands-on coaching to team members.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices to continuously improve the training program.
  9. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new customer service team members.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and growth.
  11. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of the training program to ensure its effectiveness.
  12. Communicate with team members and management to address any customer service concerns and provide solutions.
  13. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for training adjustments.
  14. Maintain accurate training records and reports to track the progress and development of team members.
  15. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive customer service experience across the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Training Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Food Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach A Diverse Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Customer Service Principles And Practices, With A Proven Track Record Of Improving Customer Satisfaction.

  • Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs, Including Creating Materials And Conducting Evaluations.
