- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive customer service experience across the store.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Training Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Food Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach A Diverse Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Customer Service Principles And Practices, With A Proven Track Record Of Improving Customer Satisfaction.
Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs, Including Creating Materials And Conducting Evaluations.
