  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are up-to-date on customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead by example and provide hands-on training and coaching to team members on how to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for team members.
  • Monitor team members' performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to help them improve their customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to identify areas of improvement and develop training plans to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve the training program.
  • Act as a role model for customer service excellence and inspire team members to strive for the highest level of service.
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints and escalations, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Continuously assess and improve the customer service training program to ensure it meets the needs of the business and delivers results.
