
Customer Service Supervisor
Whole Foods Market is looking for an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Service Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and leading a team of customer service associates to ensure that all customer inquiries and requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of customer service associates to ensure all customer inquiries and requests are handled quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor customer service performance of associates and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to continuously improve customer service.
- Ensure that all customer service associates have the necessary resources and support to do their job effectively.
- Develop new initiatives and programs to improve customer service.
- Manage customer service activities and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Track customer service performance metrics and report on results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
