- Oversee and manage the customer service and e-commerce team, ensuring that all members are motivated, productive, and providing exceptional service to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the success and growth of e-commerce initiatives, including but not limited to website optimization, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and e-commerce metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for customer service and e-commerce operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, IT, and supply chain to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in e-commerce technology, and make recommendations for implementing new tools or processes.
- Handle and resolve any escalated customer inquiries or issues, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners and vendors.
- Create and maintain operational procedures, protocols, and guidelines for the customer service and e-commerce team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to e-commerce and customer data protection.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate with HR on recruiting and hiring of new team members as needed.
- Represent the company's brand and values in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
