  1. Lead and manage a team of customer service and e-commerce associates to ensure a positive and seamless experience for customers both in-store and online.
  2. Oversee and monitor all customer service and e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, delivery logistics, and online customer support.
  3. Develop training programs and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to ensure exceptional customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve customer service and e-commerce processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience across all channels.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and e-commerce to inform and enhance our strategies and operations.
  9. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and community among team members.
