Responsibilities: • Operate cash registers and other point-of-sale equipment in a professional and efficient manner. • Accurately process customer purchases and provide change when necessary. • Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide information, and resolve complaints. • Assist customers in locating products and suggest additional items when appropriate. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow safety protocols and security procedures. • Follow company policies and procedures. • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves when necessary. • Process returns and exchanges. • Assist in training new employees.
