  1. Lead and manage a team of bakers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bakery department.

  3. Maintain high standards for product quality, freshness, and presentation.
  4. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability in the bakery department.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for bakery supplies to ensure adequate stock.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Bakery Or Food Retail Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Baking: A Thorough Understanding Of Baking Techniques, Ingredients, And Equipment Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Be Familiar With Different Types Of Bread, Pastries, And Desserts.
