  4. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  5. Keep up-to-date with current baking and decorating trends to provide innovative and creative designs.
  6. Follow recipes and baking techniques to ensure consistency and quality in all products.
  7. Collaborate with other bakery team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
  8. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  9. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and develop new decorating techniques to enhance the bakery's offerings.
  11. Provide guidance and training to new bakery team members on cake decorating techniques.
  12. Uphold Whole Foods Market's values and mission by promoting sustainability and ethical practices.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager.
