3. Maintain a clean and organized work station, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
4. Use creativity and innovation to come up with new cake designs and flavor combinations to keep our customers excited and coming back for more.
5. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill special orders and requests for events and celebrations.
6. Keep track of inventory and communicate any shortages or needed supplies to bakery manager.
7. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and offering suggestions and recommendations.
8. Stay up to date on current baking trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including following recipes and portion control guidelines.
10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
11. Train and mentor new team members on baking techniques and cake decorating skills.
12. Assist with general bakery duties such as baking, packaging, and labeling products as needed.
