
Assistant Store Team Leader
Whole Foods Market is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Assistant Store Team Leader to join our team and help us deliver an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting the Store Team Leader in all aspects of store operations. If you are looking for an opportunity to thrive in a customer-focused, team-oriented setting, this role is for you!Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred• Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.• Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, and inventory management• Computer literacy (POS, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Team Leader in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Maintain excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize computer literacy to navigate POS, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs. as required.
