Assistant Store Team Leader

Whole Foods Market is looking for an Assistant Store Team Leader who can help us deliver the highest level of service to our customers and team members. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for natural and organic products, an eye for detail, and the ability to lead and motivate others.To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of retail team leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to think on your feet. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of retail employees, providing direction and guidance to ensure the store is meeting customer service expectations

• Ensure team members are trained in product knowledge and customer service

• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction

• Monitor store operations and identify areas for improvement

• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure performance standards are met

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

• Create and maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Ensure merchandise displays are attractive and well-stocked

• Monitor store inventory and order supplies as needed

• Generate reports and analyze sales data to maximize store performance
