  1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing and managing daily operations of the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, handling complaints, and resolving any issues.
  3. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals by monitoring and analyzing store performance.
  4. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a high level of customer service and productivity.
  5. Help create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  6. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
  7. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  8. Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
  9. Help maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping experience for customers.
  10. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence.
