• Manage and maintain student accounts, including processing payments, issuing refunds, and resolving account discrepancies
• Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding account inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with other departments, such as financial aid and academic advising, to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment processing
• Monitor student account balances and communicate with students regarding outstanding balances and payment deadlines
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student financial information and transactions
• Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Stay updated on changes in financial aid and student account regulations and communicate any updates to relevant parties
• Work with students to create payment plans and provide guidance on financial resources and options
• Support student success by providing financial literacy resources and counseling to students
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve processes and procedures.
