- Utilize quantitative methods to analyze data and identify trends in student academic performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to support student success and improve academic achievement.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify students in need of academic support and create targeted interventions.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with students to assess their academic needs and provide individualized support and guidance.
- Utilize data-driven decision making to track and monitor student progress and make adjustments to support plans as needed.
- Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions for students on study skills, time management, and other academic success strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments and programs to develop initiatives and resources to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress.
- Stay current on best practices in student success and academic support services.
- Provide regular reports and updates on student progress and program effectiveness to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in departmental and institutional meetings and initiatives to improve student success.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students, encouraging and motivating them to reach their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of peer tutors and mentors.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with students and staff.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or Data Science.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Deep Understanding Of Statistical Methods And Data Analysis Techniques.
Experience With Data Management And Analysis Software, Such As Spss, R, Or Sas.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Individuals From Diverse Backgrounds.
Previous Experience In A Higher Education Setting, Preferably With Knowledge Of Academic Success And Retention Programs.
