- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students in grades K-8.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Evaluate and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall educational goals of the institution.
- Stay up-to-date on current educational practices and incorporate them into classroom instruction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, grades, and other important information.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and families.
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor for students.
- Participate in school events and activities to support the school community.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Continuously strive to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
- Foster a love of learning and a growth mindset in students.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow.
A Valid California Teaching Credential For Grades K-8, With Additional Endorsements And Authorizations As Required By The School District.
Bachelor's Degree In Education Or A Related Field, With A Strong Foundation In Pedagogy And Curriculum Development.
Minimum Of 2 Years Teaching Experience In A K-8 Setting, With A Track Record Of Successful Student Outcomes And Positive Classroom Management.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Educational Trends And Best Practices, Including Differentiated Instruction, Culturally Responsive Teaching, And The Use Of Technology In The Classroom.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Students, Parents, Colleagues, And Administrators To Support The Academic And Social-Emotional Growth Of All Students.
