- Oversee and manage the institution's overall strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with the institution's mission and goals.
- Develop and implement data-driven initiatives and strategies to improve institutional effectiveness and support student success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the institutional effectiveness team, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret institutional data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to develop and implement campus-wide assessment and evaluation processes.
- Create and maintain systems and processes for tracking and reporting on institutional performance and progress towards goals.
- Conduct research and stay updated on best practices and trends in higher education to inform institutional improvement efforts.
- Lead and facilitate strategic planning and assessment meetings with faculty, staff, and administrators.
- Communicate and present data and findings to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and governing boards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the institution.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and assist with accreditation processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to benchmark and share best practices.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Institutional Research Or Effectiveness, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
A Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis And Assessment Methods, Including Proficiency With Statistical Software And Data Visualization Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Faculty, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
Familiarity With Accreditation Processes And Standards, And Experience In Preparing Reports For Accrediting Bodies.
A Graduate Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Higher Education Administration, Statistics, Or Social Science. A Ph.d. Is Preferred.
