Job Description

Western Washington University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager for Access, Diversity, Equity (AD E). This position is integral in the University's commitment to a culture of inclusion and equity, and is responsible for developing, delivering and evaluating programs designed to increase access and success for all students, staff and faculty. The Program Manager of AD E must have a strong understanding of diversity, equity, access and inclusion. We seek someone with the experience, knowledge and commitment to create a campus environment that is welcoming and inclusive of all members of our community. To succeed in this role, the Program Manager must have a passion for social justice and a commitment to creating a safe and equitable learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to develop and implement equitable and accessible initiatives. Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in education, human development, counseling, social work or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in access, diversity, equity and inclusion related work. The successful candidate should also have experience developing and managing successful programs, as well as experience creating collaborations and partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
