Completion Of A Medical Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution: Applicants Must Have Completed A Recognized Medical Assistant Program, Such As The One Offered At Western Washington University, To Be Considered For The Position.
Certification As A Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Registered Medical Assistant (Rma): Candidates Must Hold A Current Cma Or Rma Certification To Demonstrate Their Knowledge And Skills In The Field Of Medical Assisting.
Previous Experience In A Medical Setting: Preference Will Be Given To Applicants With Previous Experience Working In A Medical Office Or Clinic, As This Demonstrates Their Ability To Handle The Fast-Paced And Demanding Environment Of A Healthcare Facility.
