Job Description

Western Washington University is seeking an experienced and highly organized Human Resources Reception Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the University’s diverse constituents and for the efficient and effective operation of the Human Resources front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Human Resources environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. This position requires an individual with the ability to take initiative, think critically, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
