Clinical Affiliations Specialist

The Clinical Affiliations Specialist is responsible for coordinating the development and execution of affiliations and related documents between the College and external partners as it relates to clinical rotations. Assists students with affiliation agreement requests for new hospital sites and renewals. Communicates directly with students regarding any updates on their pending affiliation agreement. Works with rotation coordinators to update schedules for students who have outstanding rotations due to pending affiliation agreement requests. Maintains the central information repository for the storage of department contracts/affiliations and related information. Responsible for maintaining COMP’s databases to track hospital affiliations.
