  8. Manage and optimize the performance of existing technology systems and platforms.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of technology initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology solutions are aligned with overall business objectives.
  12. Develop and manage the department's budget and resources effectively.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  14. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures related to customer care technology.
  15. Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to technology and customer care.
  16. Represent Western Union at industry conferences and events related to customer care technology.

They Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Principles, Methodologies, And Best Practices, And Be Able To Design And Implement Scalable And Efficient Solutions For The Organization.

  • Strong Leadership And Strategic Thinking Skills: As A Senior Executive, The Vice President Should Possess Strong Leadership And Strategic Thinking Skills. They Should Be Able To Lead A Team Of Technology Professionals And Drive Them Towards A Common Goal, While Also Developing And Executing Long-Term Strategies To Support The Growth And Success Of The Organization.
