  1. Manage and maintain the company's time tracking system (Workday) to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of employee time and attendance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the time tracking system.
  3. Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday time tracking functionality and provide guidance and support to HRIS team members and other stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, and Finance, to identify and address any issues or gaps in the time tracking system.
  5. Continually monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the time tracking process.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, in regards to time tracking.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on how to effectively use the time tracking system.
  8. Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and data accuracy.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and work with vendors to implement necessary changes.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in time tracking and make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Provide support and guidance to HRIS team members and other stakeholders on time tracking related issues and inquiries.
  12. Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of system changes, issues, and resolutions.
  13. Participate in special projects related to HRIS and time tracking systems as assigned by management.
  14. Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols in regards to employee data and system access.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and continually strive to improve the employee experience with the time tracking system.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Experience Working With Workday Hris, Specifically In The Time Tracking Module.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Policies, With A Focus On Time Tracking And Compliance.

  • Experience In Project Management And Leading System Implementations Or Upgrades.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Workday Issues.
