  1. Conduct system analysis and troubleshoot any issues related to the Workday HRIS platform.
  2. Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and functionality of the HRIS system.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Time Tracking module, providing guidance and support to HR and other business users.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for HR technology initiatives.
  5. Manage system configurations, testing, and data integrity to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  6. Train and support HR team members on the use of the Workday HRIS system.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and make recommendations for system enhancements.
  8. Create and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and configurations.
  9. Partner with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and applications.
  10. Participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to HR processes.
  11. Monitor system performance and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
  12. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  13. Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and system updates.
  14. Serve as a primary point of contact for any HRIS related inquiries and provide timely and effective support.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development to stay current with HRIS technology and trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Workday Hris: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday, Specifically In The Time Tracking Module. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The System's Capabilities And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Senior Workday Analyst Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills To Be Able To Interpret Data And Identify Trends, Patterns, And Insights. They Should Be Able To Use This Information To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Improve Processes Within The Time Tracking Module.

  • Project Management Experience: As A Senior Workday Analyst, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing And Implementing New Projects And Enhancements Within The Time Tracking Module. Therefore, They Should Have Previous Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Organizing, And Executing Projects Successfully.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Regulations: The Senior Workday Analyst Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Regulations To Ensure Compliance And Accuracy Within The Time Tracking Module. This Includes Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Leave Policies, And Time Tracking Requirements.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior-Level Position, This Role Will Require The Candidate To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Hr, It, And Payroll. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Communicate Technical Information And Work Collaboratively Towards Common Goals.
