  1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of Western Union's technical systems and processes.
  2. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our systems and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into all technical projects and processes.
  4. Monitor and analyze security incidents and report on findings to management.
  5. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our global money transfer services.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in risk management and implement them into our systems and processes.
  7. Conduct regular audits and testing of technical systems to identify and address any potential risks.
  8. Provide training and guidance to technical teams on risk management best practices.
  9. Work closely with compliance and legal departments to ensure that all risk management practices are in line with regulatory requirements.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on technical risk management, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of our technical systems and processes.
  12. Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  13. Continuously review and update risk management policies and procedures to adapt to evolving threats and industry standards.
  14. Serve as a point of contact for any technical risk-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Act with integrity and adhere to ethical standards while carrying out all responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Risk Management: A Senior Technical Risk Advisor At Western Union Should Have A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Identifying And Mitigating Technical Risks.
