
Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Western Union. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checking and selecting the right candidate for our job openings. You will be expected to create and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience while remaining compliant with all legal requirements.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing business needs. In addition to a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field, we require at least three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for job openings in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Establish effective recruitment strategies, including the use of job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and interview-to-hire ratios.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and other staff members on recruitment-related matters.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement diversity recruiting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
