  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to align corporate development goals with overall business objectives.
  5. Negotiate and structure deals to ensure maximum value for Western Union.
  6. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to support the execution of corporate development initiatives.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform corporate development decisions.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and key stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and report on the performance of existing partnerships and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the corporate development process.
