  1. Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards to protect company systems and data from cyber attacks and other threats.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation.
  3. Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends, and make recommendations for improving the company's security posture.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
  6. Conduct regular security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security throughout the organization.
  7. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption protocols.
  8. Work closely with third-party vendors and partners to ensure their security practices align with company standards.
  9. Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and incident response plans.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the company's security status and any potential risks or concerns.
  11. Lead security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members on security-related issues.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, regularly evaluating and updating security processes and procedures.
  14. Maintain relationships with industry peers and stay informed on best practices and new technologies in information security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Security, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Network And System Security Principles, Protocols, And Technologies

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Such As Pci Dss, Gdpr, And Iso 27001

  • Professional Certifications In Information Security, Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac, Are Highly Desirable
