1. Collaborate with product and development teams to design and implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
2. Serve as a subject matter expert on Western Union's cross-border, cross-currency money movement solutions.
3. Analyze and understand customer requirements and provide recommendations for customized solutions.
4. Lead and participate in solution design and architecture discussions and decisions.

6. Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training and support to internal teams.
