Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the entire procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers.
  3. Manage relationships with key suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  6. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  7. Conduct market research and identify potential new suppliers to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base.
  8. Negotiate and secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings for the company.
  9. Train and mentor procurement team members to ensure high-quality and efficient procurement processes.
  10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement operations and increase efficiency.
  11. Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure and track procurement performance.
  12. Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  14. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for procurement initiatives.
  15. Represent the company in negotiations and meetings with suppliers and other stakeholders.
  16. Prepare and present reports and updates on procurement activities to senior management.
  17. Manage and track procurement budget and expenditures.
  18. Foster a culture of diversity, collaboration, and innovation within the procurement team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement And Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.

  • Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, With Proven Leadership And Communication Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Global Trade Regulations And Compliance Requirements, As Well As Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Procurement Policies And Procedures.
