
Leader, Voice of Customer
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Leader, Voice of Customer to join Western Union’s Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have an energetic and creative approach to customer experience and a passion for understanding customer needs.The Leader, Voice of Customer will be responsible for driving customer insights and feedback across the organization, ensuring that Western Union’s customer-centric approach is reflected in all customer touchpoints. This role requires a customer-focused leader with a strong ability to develop and drive CX initiatives to improve customer experience.To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of leading customer experience initiatives, managing customer feedback, and developing customer insights. You should also be creative, analytical, and have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.Ideal candidate qualifications:• 5+ years of customer experience, customer insights, and/or customer feedback experience• Proven track record of developing and driving CX initiatives to improve customer experience• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization• Creative, analytical, and energetic approach to customer experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIf you are passionate about understanding customer needs and driving customer-centric initiatives, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive customer experience initiatives to improve customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure customer needs are represented.
- Manage customer feedback to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Develop customer insights and ensure they are reflected in all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor customer satisfaction to identify areas of improvement.
- Lead customer experience initiatives to ensure customer-centric approach.
- Utilize creative and analytical skills to identify customer needs and address them.
- Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders across the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer experience trends and best practices.
