Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious, creative, and highly organized UX Research Leader to join the Western Union team and help drive our UX research efforts. As the UX Research Leader, you will be responsible for defining and executing our UX research strategy across all products and services. You will work closely with product teams to understand user needs and develop insights that will inform and shape product and feature decisions.To be successful in this role, you will need to have an innovative approach to UX research and be able to easily shift between different research methodologies. You should be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity. In addition to your excellent research skills, you must be an effective communicator with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.If you are an experienced UX researcher who is passionate about creating great user experiences and driving product decisions, this position could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and execute UX research strategy across all products and services.
