
Leader, Customer Data Management
In this role, you will be a key member of the IT leadership team and contribute to the development and execution of Future IT Vision. You will partner with Architecture, Engineering and Product teams to influence the design, alignment and implementation of technical standards needed to support volumes of data across multiple systems. You will identify, develop and execute data analyses to monitor operational performance and customer trends to uncover areas of opportunity. You will define and set standards for dashboards and reporting design standards focused on effective human-data interactions. You’ll identify patterns and meaningful insights by analyzing and applying data visualization best practices across multiple data types and sources. Support ongoing business critical processes and reporting for the executive leadership team.
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic BI roadmaps that blend best in class technologies
In-depth knowledge of diverse and emerging BI technologies and new architectural concepts and principals.
